Converting the concept into a mobile app was an exciting and fun process.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Rather than displaying your forecast in numbers, the&nbsp;<strong>Adjective Thermometer<\/strong>&nbsp;magically computes weather conditions and reports the temperature with a single word.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Temperature descriptions are augmented with single-word characterizations of the wind speed,&nbsp;relative humidity and a 3-day forecast.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">A hot day in Madrid might have a high of <em>intimate<\/em>. But cold winter days in Chicago may only reach <em>absurd<\/em>.
